Duties:

• The successful candidate will be qualified Solicitor or Paralegal with experience in Personal Injury, with exposure to industrial disease claims. A strong understanding of the litigation process, along with experience in drafting legal documents and reviewing case materials, is essential.
• Must have experience of dealing with Industrial Deafness cases.
• In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex cases, including detailed investigations into liability and quantum, and the thorough review of medical and employment records.
