Are you a talented Dispute Resolution Associate with 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience looking to join a leading, top-tier law firm? We are working with an award-winning practice near Milton Keynes that is seeking to expand its dynamic and successful Dispute Resolution team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute solicitor to take on high-quality work within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. You will handle a broad caseload including commercial litigation, contract disputes, shareholder issues, professional negligence, and contentious probate matters. You will also play a key role in client relationship management and business development.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2–4 years PQE with solid experience in dispute resolution/litigation
• Strong technical skills and a strategic approach to complex matters
• Ability to manage files independently and work collaboratively in a team
• Commercial awareness and a client-centric mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
