Dispute Resolution Solicitor, 7+ Years PQE, Warwickshire, £55,000 - £75,000 (DOE)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a recognized team in Warwickshire. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual passionate about dispute resolution law.

Responsibilities

1. Manage a varied property litigation caseload, including contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, contentious probate, boundary disputes, and landlord and tenant matters.
2. Collaborate effectively within a friendly and supportive team environment.
3. Maintain outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and team collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years PQE in dispute resolution law, with experience in property litigation.
• Legal qualification as a Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• Access to a car is preferable due to potential travel between offices.
