Role Overview:

The firm is seeking a talented and motivated solicitor to join their dynamic Dispute Resolution and Litigation team. In this role, you will work on a broad range of disputes including: Boundary & Neighbour Disputes, Commercial Property Disputes, Consumer and Contract Disputes, Contentious Wills, Probate and Trust Disputes, Debt Collection Defamation & Slander, Director, Partner & Shareholder Disputes, Insurance Disputes, Intellectual Property, Landlord & Tenant Disputes/Property Possession Claims, Professional Negligence and Settlement Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution and litigation matters.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions for complex cases.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments and precedents.
