Job summary

Connect Legal Partners in London is seeking a solicitor to handle construction disputes and remediation matters under supervision. You will advise on payment, extensions of time and defects, and draft witness statements and expert instructions, filing in the Technology and Construction Court (TCC).

You will work directly with clients and contribute to seminars and articles. The role requires 1–2 years PQE in contentious construction and a 2:1 degree, with knowledge of the Housing Grants,

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree.
• Knowledge of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996.
• Adjudication experience.
• Understanding of the Defective Premises Act 1972 and Building Safety Act 2022.
