Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking a lawyer with 3+ years PQE in contentious construction to manage construction dispute files. You will advise on payment, extensions of time, defects and insurance, and handle adjudications, arbitrations, mediations and TCC proceedings.

You will draft submissions and witness statements and work directly with clients, contributing to seminars and articles. The role demands a 2:1 degree and knowledge of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 and
