DAC Beachcroft in Belfast is seeking an experienced solicitor to join its market-leading Casualty team, handling professional and commercial risk, clinical negligence and employment matters for defendants, with senior supervision and ongoing training.

You will manage a varied caseload, liaise with clients, draft and instruct and meet KPIs while upholding the firm's standards and culture. The role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and professional funding.

Qualifications

• Proven communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with judgment.
• Commercial perspective in assessing case prospects.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated work.
• Liaise with clients on receipt of instructions and provide advice.
• Instruct experts and counsel and draft Court documents.
• Maintain client relationships while meeting KPIs and service standards.
• Support partners in training and mentoring junior colleagues.
