DAC Beachcroft in Belfast is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join the Casualty and professional risk team. You will handle a varied caseload of pre-litigation and litigation matters for over insured clients, with training and support provided.

Role involves professional and commercial risk, clinical negligence and employment matters, with opportunities for growth and exposure to high-value claims under supervision. Flexible, collaborative firm culture emphasized.

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied caseload of pre-litigated and litigated work.
• Screen matters for prospects and liaise with clients on instructions.
• Review instructions and provide client advice on case prospects.
• Resolve claims through negotiation and litigation within client service standards.
• Instruct experts and counsel, draft Witness Statements and Court documents.
• Maintain contact with clients and manage their expectations.
• Meet performance measures (financial performance, realisation rates, KPIs).
• Support Partners in delivering case clinics and training to clients.
• Support supervision of junior colleagues and assess high value claims.
