Job summary

DAC Beachcroft in Belfast invites qualified lawyers and Experienced Paralegals to join the Catastrophic and Complex Injury Team. The national practice handles high-value claims including brain injury, spinal injury and fatal accident cases for insurers and corporates, enabling skilled professionals to build strategic partnerships.

You will work with senior fee earners on multi-million-pound claims, devise case strategies, ensure efficient work flows, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Experience on Personal Injury, EL/PL or Catastrophic and Complex Injury claims.
• High level of compliance with firm protocols and procedures.
• Excellent relationship and client handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior fee earners on complex and higher value cases and Partners on multi-million-pound claims.
• Devising a clear case strategy and ensuring cases run smoothly while balancing commercial interests.
• Meet client needs, adhere to SLAs and KPIs, ensure prompt billing and WIP collection.
• Provide timely MI and apply current legal knowledge and case law.
