Job summary

DAC Beachcroft LLP is seeking a Solicitor to join its Motor Injury team in Belfast. You will handle a spectrum of motor injury, credit hire and damage cases and contribute to the development of your legal career within a national practice that advises insurers and corporate clients.

The team handles defendant litigation across various complexities, with opportunities to work on pre-emptive advice, disputes and related claims, while maintaining a focus on client service and professional

Qualifications

• Solicitor with keen interest and prior experience in motor injury, credit hire and damage cases.

Responsibilities

• Run and assist with a varied caseload of motor injury, credit hire and damage cases with appropriate supervision.
• Hit, maintain and apply consistent targets for financial performance, realisation rates, settlement rate and average claim spend.
• Support marketing and business development within the team, including attending events and client training.
• Assume responsibility for quality control and timely management reporting on own caseload.
• Maintain awareness of firm procedures and strategy and develop technical knowledge through training.
