We are seeking a motivated and commercially aware banking/finance Solicitor / Associate (5+ years’ PQE) to join our Funding Team in Birmingham. The team specialises in securing and structuring funding solutions for clients (both lender and borrower) across our key sectors, including social housing, health & social care, charities and social enterprises.
The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on a broad range of funding arrangements, including acquisition finance, development finance, refinancing, and complex structured funding transactions. Work will include advising social impact funders and borrowers alike on funding instruments and associated security, including listed bond issues, private placements and ISDA agreements.
