Job summary

Anthony Collins in Birmingham is seeking a Property Associate/Senior Associate to lead complex social housing development projects. You will support Partners on high-value development and stock rationalisation for Registered Providers, with hybrid working in a newly refurbished City centre office.

The role requires a qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE, strong drafting and stakeholder skills, and a practical approach to risk.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in property development or transactional work.
• Experience drafting and negotiating property documents.
• Strong commercial sense and risk awareness.

Are you a property development solicitor ready to lead complex social housing transactions that make a lasting impact?

You'll join our nationally recognised social housing team, supporting Partners on high-value development and stock rationalisation projects for Registered Providers. This is an excellent opportunity to work on nationally significant affordable housing schemes.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
