Harte Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to manage a varied caseload within an established team. You will own matters, advise clients across a broad spectrum of commercial property transactions, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent qualification.
• Ideally 5-9 years' PQE in Commercial Property.
• Proven track record in Commercial Property Solicitor role.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial property matters.
• Manage your own caseload effectively.
• Advise clients across the full spectrum of commercial property work.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Deliver high levels of client service; liaise with clients, agents and contacts.
• Provide practical, commercially focused advice.
• Support and supervise colleagues within the team.
• Use the firm's case-management system to manage matters.
• Collaborate with the wider Corporate and Commercial team.

• Work collaboratively with the wider Corporate and Commercial team

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent qualification

Required Skills

• Ideally 5-9 years' PQE with relevant Commercial Property experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Commercial Property Solicitor role
• Strong commercial awareness and professional integrity
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide practical, risk-based solutions
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Confident using Microsoft Office and case-management systems
• Regular access to a car would be advantageous
