You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to completion, generate new business for the Conveyancing team, and ensure compliance with company policy. The role offers clear career progression within a supportive environment.

Service Care Solutions is working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm, based in Stoke-on-Trent, which is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy and growing conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and technically strong solicitor/conveyancer who is looking to join a supportive firm with a strong local reputation and consistent workflow.

Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 (open to negotiation)

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Key Responsibilities:

• You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Generate new business for the Conveyancing team.
• Managing compliance requirements of caseloads and ensuring adherence to company policy.
• Clear career progression.
