Job summary

Service Care Solutions, representing a Legal 500 firm in Northampton, is seeking a Senior Commercial Solicitor to join their team with genuine career progression.

You will manage a varied caseload (contracts, shareholder agreements, M&A, business transactions), provide strategic commercial advice on governance and regulatory risk, develop client relationships, support business development, and mentor junior colleagues while pursuing a potential path to Junior Partnership.

The Role:
