You will manage a varied corporate and commercial caseload, draft and negotiate contracts, advise on governance and regulatory matters, and mentor junior colleagues while delivering high-quality legal services.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial law.
• Experience managing complex caseloads with minimal supervision.
• Able to mentor juniors and contribute to team development.
• Strong client relationship building and business development support.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and business transactions. Providing strategic, commercially focused legal advice to clients on company law, contractual risks, regulatory compliance and corporate governance, ensuring their interests are protected. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and supervising junior colleagues while ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial law.
• Has proven experience managing complex caseloads with minimal supervision.
• Can balance autonomy with being a collaborative team player.
• Enjoys mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team development.
