Law Staff are representing a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked private practice seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor. The role offers hybrid working, a strong benefits package, and a clear path for progression within a growing regional firm.

You will lead and manage a varied caseload including mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and commercial contracts, while advising clients strategically and mentoring junior colleagues in a collaborative environment.

• Lead and manage a varied caseload of corporate and commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, demergers, joint ventures, and a range of commercial agreements.
• Take ownership of client matters from inception to completion, ensuring efficient delivery of legal services and consistently high-quality outcomes.
• Provide strategic, commercially focused legal advice tailored to clients’ objectives, acting as a trusted advisor while developing long-term client relationships.
• Mentor and support junior team members, offering guidance and contributing to training and professional development.
• Actively participate in business development initiatives, representing the firm at networking events and contributing to marketing activities.
