Service Care Solutions is collaborating with a Legal 500 firm to recruit a Senior Commercial Solicitor in Northampton. The role offers genuine career progression with a clear route to Junior Partnership for the right candidate.

You will manage a varied corporate and commercial caseload, draft and negotiate contracts, advise on governance and regulatory matters, and mentor junior colleagues while delivering high-quality legal services.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial law.
• Experience managing complex caseloads with minimal supervision.
• Able to mentor juniors and contribute to team development.
• Strong client relationship building and business development support.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, shareholder agreements, M&A and business transactions.
• Provide strategic, commercially focused legal advice on company law, regulatory compliance, and governance.
• Develop client relationships and supervise junior colleagues to ensure high-quality service.
