Job summary

G2 Legal Limited seeks a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its Legal Expenses Insurance practice in Birmingham on a permanent hybrid basis.

You will manage a varied caseload of property disputes and advise insurers and policyholders on coverage and strategy, with focus on landlord & tenant matters, possession, rent arrears, boundaries and nuisance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in property litigation, landlord & tenant and/or insurance disputes
• Experience managing your own caseload
• Strong drafting, analytical and client relationship skills
• Commercial, proactive and well-organised approach
• Insurance/Legal Expenses Insurance experience advantageous

Responsibilities

An established and growing legal team is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its Legal Expenses Insurance practice.

The role involves managing a varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigation property disputes, including landlord & tenant matters, possession proceedings, rent arrears, boundary disputes, nuisance and rights of way claims. You will also advise insurers and policyholders on coverage and strategy.
