Law Staff Ltd is seeking a Housing and Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE to manage a dedicated caseload in a Birmingham-based team. The role supports partnership on larger matters and involves supervising junior staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE to manage own caseload in housing litigation.
• Experience in housing litigation, injunctions, possession claims, disrepair and non-contentious matters.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day running of a caseload.
• Support partners on larger, complex matters.
• Supervise more junior team members including paralegals.
• Involve in marketing and business development.
• Interact directly with clients, manage expectations and meet deadlines.
