Job summary

Law Staff in Birmingham is seeking a Housing and Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE to join a well-regarded team. The role offers hybrid working, a generous bonus, and a private healthcare package.

You will handle housing litigation matters including injunctions, possession claims, disrepair and non-contentious work, supervise juniors, support partners on complex cases, and contribute to business development while managing client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE as Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister.
• IT literate: Word, Excel, Outlook and internet applications.
• Commercial awareness and pro-activity with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day to day running of a caseload.
• Support partners on larger and more complex matters.
• Supervise junior team members including paralegals.
• Involve in marketing and business development in a client-focused way.
• Interact with clients, manage expectations and meet deadlines.
