Job summary

G2legal in Birmingham is seeking a Property Litigator to join its Dispute Resolution team. The ideal candidate will be a solicitor with 2–5 years' PQE, though applications outside this range will be considered where relevant experience can be demonstrated.

You will handle contentious landlord and tenant matters across residential and commercial property, plus boundary disputes, TOLATA claims and property-related professional negligence, with opportunities to support the wider commercial
