Law Staff Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Housing and Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE to manage a caseload including housing litigation, injunctions, possession claims, and disrepair matters. Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE to manage own caseload across housing litigation, injunctions, possession claims and disrepair matters.
• Must be IT literate with Word, Excel, Outlook and internet applications.
• Commercial awareness and pro-activity are essential; strong communication skills required.

• Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 3 years + PQE to manage their own caseload to include:
• Housing litigation
• Injunctions
• Possession claims
• Disrepair matters
• Non-contentious matters

• Be responsible for the day to day running of a caseload
• Be able to support the partners on more large and complex matters
• Supervise more junior members of the team including paralegals
• Get involved in marketing and business development in a client focused manner
• Be able to interact directly with clients, manage their expectations, and meet their deadlines
