G2 Legal is representing an established Aberdeen firm seeking a Private Client Solicitor to handle a broad portfolio of private client matters across Scotland. The role offers autonomy, development opportunities and a supportive team culture.

You will manage wills, powers of attorney, executries and trust administration, while advising on succession and tax planning for a diverse client base. Mentoring and business development are also part of the role.

The role

You’ll manage a broad range of private client matters, including wills, powers of attorney, executries and trust administration. The role will also involve advising on succession planning, inheritance tax matters and asset protection strategies for a diverse client base.

In addition to fee-earning responsibilities, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and nurture client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and support the development of junior colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
