• Scottish Qualified Solicitor with experience in Private Client work.
• NQ - 4+ years' PQE with core Private Client matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients across a broad range of Private Client matters within Aberdeen in a supportive, well-resourced environment.
• Act for a diverse client base including families, business owners and high-net-worth individuals, providing tailored, pragmatic advice.
• Advise on Wills, Executries, Trusts, Tax Planning and Powers of Attorney.
• Handle complex estate and tax planning matters.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to grow the Private Client practice via cross-referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• As part of the firm's established and growing Private Client team in Aberdeen, you will advise clients across a broad range of Private Client matters within a supportive and well-resourced environment.

• Motivated by the opportunity to develop long-term expertise within a growing and high-quality Private Client team
