Job summary

Jonathan Lee Group is seeking a hands-on Production Assembler / Wiring Technician in Newport. The role offers a Monday–Friday day shift with a 7:30am–4:30pm schedule and a 12‑week temp-to-perm pathway.

You will assemble and solder wiring harnesses for bespoke equipment, with training provided and opportunities to learn multiple product builds. The position emphasizes quality, accuracy, and the ability to learn quickly in a friendly team environment.

Location: Newport

Temp to Perm- 12 weeks

Salary: £12.80 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday- 7:30am – 4:30pm

We are recruiting for a hands‑on Production Assembler to join a friendly and growing team on a Monday to Friday day shift.

This role involves assembling and soldering wiring harnesses for a range of specialist equipment. While soldering forms part of the role, the products are bespoke and varied, making it much easier to learn through practical training than by following a standard job description.
