Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking Assembly Operatives in Milton Keynes to join a busy production team on a long-term basis. You will interpret drawings, assemble components and sub-assemblies to specifications, and perform soldering to high standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires basic drawing interpretation and practical hand-tool skills, with training provided for soldering. Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Some form of experience within assembly based work.
• Strong soldering skills though training can be given.
• Competence with hand tools.
• Ability to confidently read basic drawings.

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies to defined specifications.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a number of Assembly Operatives to join a busy team on a long term basis. This role will involve working to specifications, assembling quality components and sub-assemblies within a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and electronic schematics
• Assemble components and sub-assemblies to defined specifications
• Carry out soldering tasks to a high standard
• Use hand tools and soldering equipment to complete assembly task

Additional Info

• Hours: 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
• Rate; £13.25-£14.75 per hour
• Start Date: ASAP
