Job summary

Echo Personnel is recruiting four Solderers for Corby on a temp-to-perm basis. You will work Mon-Thu 8:00am-5:00pm and Fri 8:00am-1:00pm, with two 15-minute paid breaks and a 30-minute unpaid break each day. Overtime is available with Sunday pay at double time.

Experience with IPC/WHMA-A-620 is highly desirable, but all soldering backgrounds will be considered. A strong eye for detail, steady hands and a willingness to learn are essential for success.

We have an exciting opportunity for 4 Solderers to join our clients team in Corby on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you can develop your skills, gain valuable experience and work towards a permanent position.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working to IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards, however, previous soldering experience of any kind will be considered. If you have a practical background and are confident with soldering but don't have IPC620 experience, we still want to hear from you.

The role will suit someone with excellent attention to detail, a steady hand and a genuine willingness to learn and develop their skills.
