Job summary

South West Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a permanent Solderer and Wiring Assembler in Poole. The role involves cable stripping, crimping, wiring cable looms, adding terminals to cable ends and basic soldering.

Ideal candidates will have over 2 years experience in cable/PCB soldering or 2+ years in prototype wiring, with straightforward hours: Mon-Thu 8:00–16:30 and Fri 8:00–13:30. Permanent after a 12-week probation period.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in cable/PCB soldering or 2+ years in prototype wiring.
• Basic soldering skills.
• Ability to read simple wiring diagrams (advantage).

Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm (Friday finish at 1.30pm)
