Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 FTE plus benefits, depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

Eco2Solar is pleased to announce a new opportunity for a Lead Solar PV Installer to join the UK’s largest and most successful Solar PV installer. The role is based in our Glasgow office and covers projects across Scotland.

About the role

We are seeking experienced Solar PV Installer Leads to join Eco2 Solar, leading two-person teams across Scotland. You will ensure high-quality installation and customer service for residential and commercial solar PV projects, including flat and pitched roofs. The role involves traveling across Scotland and occasionally Northern England to complete installations.

Your responsibilities include maintaining the highest health, safety, and quality standards, and fostering a positive safety culture. Working with our Installations Manager, you will contribute to training and upskilling Solar PV Labourers. At Eco2 Solar, we emphasize clear expectations and feedback to support team development rather than micromanaging with KPIs.
