Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 FTE plus benefits, depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 Hours per week

Eco2Solar is pleased to offer a new opportunity for a Lead Solar PV Installer to join the UK’s largest and most successful Solar PV installer. The role is based in our Glasgow office, covering Scotland.

About the role

We are seeking experienced Solar PV Installer Leads to lead two-person teams across Scotland. You will ensure high-quality installations and excellent customer service for both residential and commercial solar PV projects, including flat and pitched roofs. The role involves traveling across Scotland and occasionally Northern England to complete installations.

Your responsibilities include maintaining high health, safety, and quality standards, and promoting a positive safety culture. Working with our Installations Manager, you will also help train and upskill Solar PV Labourers. At Eco2 Solar, we emphasize clear expectations and constructive feedback to support team development, rather than micromanaging with KPIs.
