Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 FTE plus benefits, depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 Hours per week

Eco2Solar is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Lead Solar PV Installer to join the UK’s largest and most successful Solar PV installer. This position is based in our Glasgow office and covers projects across Scotland.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Solar PV Installer Lead to oversee two-person teams across Scotland. As a key member of our installation team, you will ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service for both residential and commercial solar PV installations, including flat and pitched roofs. You will work closely with our Solar PV electricians, traveling across Scotland and occasionally Northern England to complete projects.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining the highest health, safety, and quality standards, and actively promoting a positive safety culture. Working alongside our Installations Manager, you will also contribute to training and developing Solar PV Installation Labourers.
