Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 FTE plus benefits, depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday 40 Hours per week

Eco2Solar is pleased to announce a new opportunity for a Lead Solar PV Installer to join the UK’s largest and most successful Solar PV installer. The role is based in our Glasgow office and covers Scotland.

About the role

We are seeking experienced Solar PV Installer Leads to join Eco2 Solar, leading two-person teams across Scotland. As a key member of our Solar PV installation team, you will ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service for residential and commercial solar PV installations, including flat and pitched roofs. You will collaborate with our skilled Solar PV electricians, traveling across Scotland and occasionally Northern England to complete installations.

Your responsibilities include maintaining the highest health, safety, and quality standards, and actively fostering a positive safety culture. Working alongside our Installations Manager, you will contribute to training and upskilling Solar PV Labourers. At Eco2 Solar, we emphasize clear expectations and feedback to support your growth and development, avoiding micromanagement and excessive KPIs.
