Responsibilities

  1. Identify common customer concerns (cost, performance guarantees, aftersales) and develop response strategies.
  2. Develop sales toolkits (scripts, comparison sheets, demo videos) tailored to regions and customer profiles.
  3. Collaborate with product teams to refine system designs based on client feedback.
  4. Train installer sales teams and update talk tracks based on field insights.
  5. Diagnose installer pain points (e.g., site survey errors, delayed quotes) and propose solutions to accelerate deals.

Required Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in residential solar PV system technical roles, pre-sales, or installation management, with full-process familiarity (design, component selection, installation, grid connection, maintenance).
  • Experience with top-tier solar installers or involvement in SOP development.
  • Deep understanding of homeowner pain points (e.g., system efficiency, ROI period, roof compatibility, policy incentives).
  • Proficiency in core residential PV components (inverters, mounting systems, storage) and selection criteria.
  • Knowledge of local regulations (grid connection, subsidies) and safety standards (electrical/structural).
  • Ability to translate technical jargon into customer-friendly language and create standardized materials (FAQs, scripts, case studies).
  • Experience in developing training content and coaching sales teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Energy, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Fluent in English.
