Responsibilities
  1. Identify common customer concerns (cost, performance guarantees, aftersales) and develop response strategies.
  2. Create sales toolkits (scripts, comparison sheets, demo videos) tailored to regions and customer profiles.
  3. Collaborate with product teams to refine system designs based on client feedback.
  4. Train installer sales teams and update talk tracks based on field insights.
  5. Diagnose installer pain points (e.g., site survey errors, delayed quotes) and propose solutions to accelerate deals.
Required Skills

2+ years of experience in residential solar PV system technical/pre-sales/installation management, with full-process familiarity (design, component selection, installation, etc.).
