Solar Pre-Sales Technical Support Specialist (Residential Focus)

Join our team as a Solar Pre-Sales Technical Support Specialist with a focus on residential solar energy systems. This role involves engaging with customers, developing sales tools, collaborating with product teams, and training sales staff to promote sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify common customer concerns and develop effective response strategies.
  2. Create sales toolkits tailored to different regions and customer profiles.
  3. Collaborate with product teams to improve system designs based on client feedback.
  4. Train installer sales teams and update communication materials based on field insights.
  5. Diagnose installer pain points and propose solutions to accelerate sales processes.
Required Skills
  1. At least 2 years of experience in residential solar PV system technical support, pre-sales, or installation management, with comprehensive knowledge of the entire process from design to maintenance.
  2. Understanding of homeowner concerns regarding system efficiency, ROI, roof compatibility, and policy incentives.
  3. Proficiency with core residential PV components and knowledge of local regulations and safety standards.
  4. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers and create standardized educational materials.
