Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced subcontractors as domestic Solar Electrician Installation and Services Partners to collaborate with us on our Solar division SICRs, GN99, and GN98 installations and quoting. This is a great opportunity for self-employed electricians to use a professional vehicle, work with a reputable company, and deliver outstanding service. Job Types: Full-time
Pay: £50,000 - £72,000 per year
Expected hours: Flexible, full commitment necessary; out-of-hours callouts are optional.

Qualifications:
- Level 3 Award in Electrical Installations (18th Edition)
- C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing or 2394/5
- C&G 236 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent
- EV Charging 2921 - 2931 (preferred)
- NICEIC approval or equivalent (preferred)
- NAPIT accreditation (preferred)
- Solar 2399-11
Experience & Knowledge:
- 5+ years as a qualified electrician
- Inspection, testing, and commissioning of solar installations
- Experience with 3-phase light commercial systems (preferred)
- EV charging point installations (preferred)
- Solar systems experience
- Design software such as Solar Edge, Easy PV
- Quoting and customer service skills
- Job management and certification software (e.g., Icertify)
- Mentoring apprentices and newly qualified electricians
- Experience in domestic services environment
- Supporting, motivating, and developing apprentices
