Job Description

Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) has an assignment available for a Software Team Lead with a leading Aerospace and Defence company known for innovation within their sector.

We’re seeking a Software Team Lead to develop new capabilities at the forefront of Aerospace technology. Responsibilities include team leadership, communicating development needs to line managers, and hands-on development.

This is an initial 6-month contract outside IR35.

Preferred Experience

• Previous leadership experience of software teams
• Background in embedded software (advantageous)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Active SC clearance
