We are seeking a talented individual to join our Captives team at Marsh as a Client Team Leader. This role can be based in any US city and does have remote eligibility.
The Client Team Leader is responsible for the daily management and accounting functions of a portfolio of clients that consist predominantly of insurance entities, captives, reinsurance pools and syndicates, as well as various client finance companies, investment partnerships and holding companies. This senior role provides financial monitoring and control, and ensures regulatory compliance; it is a consulting, advisory, and managerial position.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $76,200 to $162,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
