As a DevOps Team Lead, you will lead our DevOps team, working with a modern tech stack (Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, .NET) to ensure our service is scalable, secure, and reliable, supporting the company's growth.

About you
- Have been in a DevOps Team Lead or similar role for several years with a proven track record.
- Strong understanding of user needs, security, compliance, and scalability, with the ability to prioritize technical work accordingly.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes, including networking, security, IAM, EC2, Postgres RDS, S3, SQS, SNS, ECR, and EKS.
- Experience managing production SaaS applications at scale, including change management and incident response.
Great to haves
- Experience automating infrastructure management with Terraform.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with .NET/C# applications.
- Experience with observability tools and performance insights.
