Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a technically competent software support manager in Bristol to drive customer success. The role requires 3 days in the office per week, plus 4 days during training, with travel to customer sites occasionally, including abroad.

The position offers up to £50k and a B2B software focus. Experience in software development, software support, MSP, helpdesk, or App support is highly desirable, with strong communication to coordinate between customers and engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience within software development, software support, MSP, helpdesk support, or App support is highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Act as a conduit for problem resolution for customers.
• Train customers on fault resolution and explain technical information.
• Serve as a mid point between software engineers, customers and field engineers.
• Travel to customer sites occasionally, including abroad if needed.
• Support customers in a B2B software environment.
