About The Job

This is a fantastic leadership Software Project Lead opportunity, involving leading a team to deliver embedded software on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Salary: up to circa £72,000 depending on experience.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (5 days per week on-site due to workload classification).

Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS).

The Opportunity

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to manage a team of 5-10 software engineers
• Experience delivering software on complex systems through all development stages
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing software budgets and controlling project changes
• Problem-solving skills and openness to continuous improvement

Knowledge or interest in C++, C#, Windows/Linux OS, HMI development, and Automated Testing are a bonus but not required.
