Role: SC Cleared Project Manager (Change Management)
Contract Length: 12 months
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Daily Rate: Negotiable DOE
Start: Mid-late May 2025
Location: Remote (occasional travel to South Wales)

Overview

My client is seeking two experienced and approachable Project Managers to join their team. The primary focus will be supporting change management activities and enhancing a new resource management tool.

Team Environment

The successful candidates will work within an established, close-knit IT team, collaborating closely with other Project Managers, technical experts, Change Coordinators, and Customer Engagement specialists.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and improve change management and resource management framework tools.
2. Handle a smaller, yet-to-be-defined project alongside the main responsibilities.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility of resources weekly/monthly.
4. Provide guidance on creating a more visible and efficient workforce.

Key Skills and Experience

• Experience in business/resource change management.
• Proven track record of introducing change and resource management tools.
• Ability to develop and execute delivery plans and expand system scope.
• Server delivery and technical background are advantageous.
• Experience with cloud migration of resource management tools is a plus.
