Role: Lead Content Project Manager (Multimedia)

Client: E-learning start-up

Location: UK - Remote

We’re working with an e-learning start-up that is growing following recent investment and is looking to add a Lead Content Project Manager to their small but dynamic team.

This role reports directly to the founding team and is key in onboarding multimedia content from various providers and clients into the e-learning platform. The person will liaise with multimedia teams and internal stakeholders, managing multiple clients simultaneously and owning the content onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the onboarding of multimedia content from providers and clients into the e-learning platform.
2. Coordinate with multimedia teams and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth content integration.
3. Manage multiple client accounts concurrently, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
4. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
5. Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multimedia projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and fulfill client expectations.
6. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
7. Identify project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
8. Review deliverables for quality assurance and provide constructive feedback before final delivery.
