Job summary

Saab UK is launching a structured 2-year Graduate Engineering programme in September 2027 at its Oakley, Bedfordshire office. You will rotate through four 6-month placements in our Blue Bear business unit, gaining hands-on experience on autonomous vehicle technologies and core engineering disciplines.

Participants will complete four rotations in Oakley, with cohort-based progression and potential conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with minimum 2:2.
• MS Office Suite proficiency.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities
