Job summary

Saab UK invites you to join our Graduate Engineering programme starting in September 2027. You will undertake four rotations at our Oakley, Bedfordshire office, gaining hands-on experience in software and robotics within the Blue Bear business unit, with potential for conversion to a permanent role based on performance.

The programme provides mentoring, multiple engineering disciplines exposure, and a cohort-based learning approach designed to accelerate your career in defence technology.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's (or higher) degree in an Engineering discipline with a minimum grade of 2:2.
• MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build real experience on real systems, gain industry recognised skills while rotating through our core Engineering disciplines.
• Develop strong professional networks through your managers, graduate mentors and others across the business.
• Be involved in continuous learning activities in both technical and soft skill environments.
