Saab UK invites you to join a structured two-year Graduate Engineering programme in September 2027. As a Software Graduate Engineer in the Blue Bear unit, you will gain hands-on experience with Autonomous Vehicles and rotate through four 6-month placements at Oakley, Bedfordshire.

Graduates rotate as a cohort and may secure a permanent role based on performance and business needs, with strong mentorship from managers and peers throughout the programme.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's (or higher) degree in an Engineering discipline with a minimum grade of 2:2.
• MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Responsabilités

• Build real experience on real systems and rotate through core Engineering disciplines.
• Develop professional networks with managers, mentors and peers.
