Saab UK invites graduates to join its Graduate Engineering programme in September 2027 as a Hardware Graduate Engineer. The two-year structured rotations will take place at the Oakley, Bedfordshire office, offering hands-on experience across core engineering disciplines and ongoing mentoring.

You will rotate as a cohort, with potential discussions for conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum grade of 2:2.
• MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Complete four 6-month rotations at Oakley, Bedfordshire.
• Gain experience across core engineering disciplines.
• Collaborate with managers, mentors and peers to progress through rotations.
