Job summary

Saab UK’s Graduate Engineering programme in September 2027 offers hands-on experience with our Sensor Systems Radar business and 3D Radar technology. The programme provides four 6-month rotations at our Farnborough office, with a final placement and discussions about a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

You will be mentored by managers and graduate colleagues while developing core engineering skills across disciplines in a structured two-year path.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's (or higher) degree in an Engineering discipline with a minimum grade of 2:2.
• MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build real experience on real systems, gain industry recognised skills while rotating through our core Engineering disciplines.
• Develop strong professional networks through your managers, graduate mentors and others across the business.
• Be involved in continuous learning activities in both technical and soft skill environments.
