• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Git.

Responsibilities

• Understand the needs of diverse Williams Racing users and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Develop, implement, and maintain software solutions with the Software Development team.
• Enhance systems for reliability, performance and adaptability as requirements evolve.
• Collaborate with other technology groups to enhance data platform services.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers, promoting best practices.
• Define and document preferred software designs, patterns, architectures.
• Streamline development processes to deliver more to customers.
• Provide application support during race weekends when required.
